Specializing in education of nutrition, stress management, exercise and the positive influence that Lifestyle Changes and the health connection. Jodi’s education is based in Functional Medicine and Integrative Care in a Medical setting. Jodi’s strength is in educating not only personal clients but also Medical Practices on incorporating a Therapeutic Lifestyle Change program as an additional therapy and not limiting patients to just drug therapies.

Personal Nutrition Education
Jodi believes that the best approach to take for helping people improve their health is through coaching and education. This allows Jodi to work individually with people, and to combine her nutrition knowledge with skills that she has learned through her education and coaching experience. Jodi builds her program around a foundational understanding of nutrition, the single most important ingredient of a long term, sustainable health program.
